Question: How do I work as a contractor? Do I have to pay my own taxes?

Answer: Unlike other staffing agencies, we pay you as a contractor instead of an employee. This gives you more take home pay with tax write offs. We strongly suggest you meet with an accountant. They will show you how to set money aside but also how to keep your tax bill low. It’s easy, and you will still make more money than an employee!

Question: I need health insurance. How can I work for you without it?

Answer: If you do not have a spouse/partner/parent or other employee who is providing health insurance, you still have options. You can buy your own private insurance, you can use a healthcare share plan (we have done this for years for ourselves), or you can work for an agency for medical benefits and work per diem with us! You are in control and you decide what is best for you!
